Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following 24-hour cancellation policy: As you may know, time is very valuable. Therefore, I kindly ask and require to be informed of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the date and time of our session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly via email (contact@tiaraalicea.com). Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be refunded. If a client fails to show up for the scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, they will be considered a "no-show." In case of a no-show, the client/appointment will not be refunded. These fees are intended to compensate for the time and administrative costs allocated for the session as I may not be able to fill the spot last minute and other clients may have wanted to book the appointment. I understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, I encourage you to contact me as soon as possible to discuss the situation. I may choose to waive the cancellation fee or reschedule the appointment depending on the scenario. I value you and your time and aim to maintain a fair and flexible approach. I appreciate your understanding and mutual respect for my time.
