Cancellation Policy

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following policies: Time is a valuable resource, and I strive to honor both my time and yours. Therefore, the following guidelines apply to all sessions: 24-Hour Cancellation Policy - Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. - Requests should be made directly via email at contact@tiaraalicea.com. No Refund for Late Cancellations - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the session fee being forfeited. No-Show Policy - If a client fails to show up for their session without prior notice or does not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the session will be considered a "no-show." - In the case of a no-show, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided. Emergency Policy - I understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you find yourself in such a situation, please contact me as soon as possible. - Depending on the circumstances, I may choose to waive the cancellation fee or reschedule the session. These policies are designed to ensure fairness and respect for both parties while maintaining the quality and availability of services. I appreciate your understanding and mutual respect for my time and efforts.
